1. RTB Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced RTB Account Manager to manage and optimize digital campaigns within a programmatic ecosystem. Responsibilities include managing top SSP and DSP partners, building media plans, implementing and reporting on campaigns, monitoring troubleshooting issues, and maintaining client relationships. 

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of the ad tech and programmatic advertising industry.
  • Experience with trading desks and networks, including DSPs, SSPs, and exchanges.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience managing top DSPs and SSPs is an advantage.

2. Marketing Director

As the Marketing Director at Mobupps, you will drive our marketing strategies to position us as a global leader in ad tech. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a talented team and execute integrated campaigns to drive growth and strengthen our brand.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies for customer acquisition and branding.
  2. Lead the team in planning and executing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and events.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights.
  4. Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
  5. Collaborate with product development, sales, and client success teams.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry influencers.
  7. Oversee marketing content creation.
  8. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and prepare reports.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  10. Mentor and develop the marketing team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 4-5+ years in marketing leadership roles within ad tech or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, Figma, etc.

3. Advertiser Account Manager (North America Team)

Join our North America team as an Advertiser Account Manager, focusing on customer management, developing promotion strategies, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include tracking market trends, attending business events, and managing advertising campaigns. 

Relevant work experience of at least 1 year in digital/mobile account management, strong analytical skills, communication skills, English proficiency, and tracking systems are required. It is necessary to know metrics, trackers, traffic sources, market players, and performance marketing features. 

4. Publisher Manager (China - Web Department)

We are looking for a Publisher Manager for our China web department to build relationships with publishers, implement sales plans, and identify revenue growth opportunities. Also, responsibilities include attending business events, managing client communications, and optimizing activities. 

Relevant experience in digital/mobile and desktop, strong performance marketing & analytical skills, English proficiency, quick learning, stress resistance, multitasking, and negotiation ability are required. 

5. Business Development Manager (All Geos)

We need a Business Development Manager to monitor the mobile advertising market, attract new partners, and manage the full sales cycle. Responsibilities include negotiating technical integrations, evaluating incoming requests, and interacting with various departments. 

Requirements & Qualifications: 

  • Experience in the digital sphere 5+ years
  • Experience in making presentations, commercial offers, and contracts
  • Knowledge of the mobile market is a must
  • High-level communication skills, responsibility and working in a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
