Responsibilities

Monitoring the programmatic RTB advertising market, finding and attracting new demand and supply partners (DSPs/SSPs) with a strong focus on entertainment and streaming verticals.
Full sales cycle A-Z - from locating new potential partners, negotiations, and contract signing, to continuous account management and customer success.
Implementing and integrating RTB partners (OpenRTB protocols, endpoints, JSON). One year+ proven experience is a Must, specifically with Adkernel.
Building media plans, including selecting programmatic tactics and partners appropriate.
Hands-on setup, ongoing bidding optimizations, growth strategy, and reporting.
Monitoring and resolving RTB integration or performance issues with support team and external clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of the programmatic ad sales and RTB ecosystem. One year+ proven experience is a Must.
Proven experience and comfort working within high-volume verticals (entertainment, streaming, dating, or alternative/18+ traffic).
Strong experience with OpenRTB protocols. Direct experience operating the RTB features of the AdKernel platform is a must.
Super highly motivated, success-driven, loyal, and a problem solver. Because this role requires building and managing your own portfolio, the ability to work independently with a "can-do" attitude is a Must!
Strong organization, time-management, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to quickly recognize and respond to trends.
Must be comfortable and highly effective in a remote position. Works well under deadlines and maintains a team-oriented mindset, even while working autonomously.
