Responsibilities
- Outreach – Research and recruit traffic suppliers on CPA model
- Inbound leads validation – Evaluate incoming partnership applications
- Vetting process – Examine and vet information provided by affiliate
- Onboarding cycle – From the first communication with affiliate to an actual traffic launch
- Affiliate success daily operations – Monitor affiliate traffic and help monetize the given offers
- Planning and reporting – Build media plans and activities in line with Sales and Accounting managers to meet business goals
Requirements
& Qualifications
- Deep understanding of Affiliate Marketing, Web (desktop) performance offers, most common types of fraud, sources and nature of CPA traffic is a must
- Experience on a relevant position (affiliate manager, publisher manager, account manager, media buyer, etc.) 3+ years
- A live base of affiliates is an advantage
- Experience in eCommerce, Travel, Software verticals is an advantage
- Basic understanding of legal and financial aspects of working with international affiliates
- Being self-driven, entrepreneurial is vital
- Good team player
