Responsibilities
- Develop the base of foreign and local partners
- Implementation of sales plan and targets, constant improvements to increase activity
- Customer management, development of a promotion strategy
- Planning, launch and optimization of advertising campaigns
- Campaigns running analysis
- Building a team of professionals
- Employees hiring, team buildings, motivation
- Attending business events, holding meetings and phoning with the client
- KPI monitoring and reporting
Requirements
& Qualifications
- Experience in sales or account management, preferably with leadership experience
- Strategic planning and execution of account management plans
- Experience with international/local publishers and advertisers
- Industry knowledge and understanding of market trends
- Knowledge of mobile ad servers, app developers, webmasters, affiliates, media and agencies markets
- Leadership abilities to manage and guide a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement
- Strong analytical skills, result orientation skills, goal oriented, good communication skills
- Experience in tracking systems (HasOffers, Affise)
- Active life position
