  • Leadership abilities to manage and guide a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement
  • Strong analytical skills, result orientation skills, goal oriented, good communication skills
  • Experience in tracking systems (HasOffers, Affise)
  • Active life position
  • Possible travel within North America for client meetings and industry events
